Overview

Run Off ("we", "us") is a competitive running app. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Run Off, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, and if you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email associated with that account.
• Location data: GPS coordinates recorded while you have an active run session, including while your phone is locked or the app is in the background, so your route and match score stay accurate. Location is not collected outside of active runs.
• Run and activity data: distance, pace, duration, elevation, route, and match results you generate by using the app.
• Photos: only if you choose to upload a profile picture or team logo.
• Team and social information: team memberships, invites, likes, and comments you make within the app.

How we use this information

We use your data to operate core features of the app: matching you with opponents, scoring runs, calculating your rank and XP, powering team competition, and showing your activity to other users you compete or run with (route, distance, pace, and results are visible to matched opponents and teammates as part of normal app functionality).

Data storage and third parties

Account and activity data is stored with Supabase, our backend provider. Maps and route rendering use Mapbox. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing atkremke@gmail.com. We'll process deletion requests within 7 days.
