How do matches work?
You're paired with another runner of a similar skill level for a multi-day head-to-head match. Whoever earns the higher score from distance, pace, and consistency by the end wins.
Why does Run Off need my location in the background?
Run Off tracks your GPS route during a run so your match score stays accurate even if your phone locks or you switch apps mid-run. Location is only recorded while you have an active run session — never in the background otherwise.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email us at the address below with the subject "Delete my account" from the email associated with your Run Off account, and we'll remove your account and associated run data within 7 days.
